Updated 2 min read

Campaigns in the sidebar lists every campaign in your agency. Select a row to open the campaign.

At the top, Active campaigns counts campaigns not yet paid or settled, and Total expenses adds up every campaign's budget.

ColumnWhat it shows
Property · AddressThe property and suburb
SellerThe seller's name and email
OriginatorWho created the campaign
CreatedWhen it was created
Total budgetThe campaign's total, including GST
StatusDraft, Pending, Paid or Settled, and when it last changed. See Campaign and item statuses explained

On a Pay Later campaign, a second line under the status says where the seller's finance application is up to, for example Application sent (see Pay Later from the agent's side).

Find a campaign

  • Search (marker 1): type part of an address, a seller's name, the originator or a status.
  • All statuses (marker 2): show only one status.
  • All Actions (marker 3): choose Needs attention to see only campaigns that need something from your agency, or No action needed for the rest. Ready to complete and Seller payment overdue appear in the list when any campaign is in that state.

The attention icon

A row in the campaign list with marker 1 on the amber attention icon. Its tooltip reads: 1 supplier payment request awaiting release, $295.00.

An icon at the end of a row (marker 5 in the first screenshot) means the campaign needs action. Point at it to see why:

TooltipWhat to do
"… supplier payment request(s) awaiting release — $…"Someone with the Accounts role, an Admin or the Director releases or rejects it (see Release or reject a supplier payment request)
"Seller has not paid an additional funding request — $…" (red)Follow it up with the seller
"Ready to complete — all supplier work is finished"Someone with Accounts, an Admin or the Director completes the campaign

The icon doesn't flag every blocking state; for example, a seller who still owes money after Pay Later. Open the campaign to check.

Delete a draft

A Draft campaign has a bin icon (marker 4). Select it, then Delete. "Campaign deleted" appears. Only drafts can be deleted; a sent campaign's items can be cancelled one by one instead.

Good to know

  • Total budget leaves out cancelled items, so it matches the Expenses tile on the campaign page.
  • Every Member sees every campaign in the agency.
