Campaign templates: create, reuse and delete
Updated 2 min read
A template is a saved set of items, such as your standard photography, floorplan and signboard package. Starting a campaign from a template adds its items for you; you can still change them before sending.
Part 1: Create a template
- Select Templates in the sidebar, then New template. The New template panel opens.
- Type a Name, for example "Standard residential".
- Under Type, keep Private. Private templates are only visible to your agency.
- Select Create template. "Template created" appears and the template opens.
Part 2: Add its items

- Select Add item (marker 4). The Add item panel opens.
- Choose the Supplier type and the supplier, describe the item and enter the amount including GST.
- Select Add item. The item is added to the list (marker 3).
- Repeat for each item. The tiles show the number of items, the total and the sharing setting (marker 2).
To rename the template or change its sharing, select Edit template (marker 1). To change or remove an item, select it in the list.
Part 3: Use it for a new campaign

- In Campaigns, select New campaign and fill in the property and seller (see Create and send a campaign).
- Under Template, choose your template (marker 1).
- Select Create campaign. The campaign opens as a draft with the template's items and the platform fee already added.
A template can only be applied when you create a campaign, not to one that already exists.
Delete a template
In Templates, select the bin icon on the template's row, then Delete. "Template deleted" appears. Campaigns already created from it aren't affected.
Good to know
- Everyone in your agency can see and use your agency's templates, but only the person who created a template can edit or delete it.
- Changing a template doesn't change campaigns already created from it.
