The campaign page
Updated 3 min read
Select any campaign in Campaigns to open its page. Everything about the campaign is here: what it costs, what the seller has paid, each supplier's job and what they've been paid.

1. Status and actions
At the top right (marker 1):
- The status (Draft, Pending, Paid, Settled …) and how long ago it last changed. See Campaign and item statuses explained.
- Version history: every version of the proposal sent to the seller, when it was sent and approved, and its total. A revision makes a new version; the earlier one shows Superseded.
- Copy Seller Campaign Link: copies the seller's payment link so you can send it yourself.
- Depending on the status: Send Marketing Campaign to Seller (draft), Send Revision to Seller (after changes to a pending campaign), Resend link to seller (Pending or Partially paid, once the last link has expired), and Complete campaign (Accounts, Admin or Director, once paid).
On the left, Print Proposal downloads the marketing proposal as the seller sees it.
Under the address are the seller's name and email and the Listing agent. While the campaign is Draft or Pending, a pencil lets you correct the address or the seller's details. Once the seller has paid, a grey bar says "The proposal is locked". Once the campaign is settled, the bar says it's complete and can no longer be changed.
2. Summary tiles
Marker 2:
- Expenses: the total of the campaign's items, including the platform fee.
- Payments received: what the seller has paid, and how.
- Refund credit: seller money that no item needs any more, with View history. See Refund credit explained.
3. Items
Marker 3. One row per service: the supplier and description, the type, the Budget (paid so far / item amount, with any amount waiting for release in amber) and the item's Status. Cancelled items aren't listed; their money shows in refund credit.
Select a row to open the item's panel:

- The item's status (marker 1).
- Item amount, Paid to date, Pending (requested by the supplier, not yet released) and Available (still held for this job) (marker 2).
- Payment history (marker 3): each partial or final payment request from the supplier, its note, date, amount and whether it was paid.
- The actions you can take now (marker 4). Which ones appear depends on the campaign and item status; see Changing a campaign after sending.
4. Add Item
Marker 4. Adds a service. On a draft or pending campaign it's added straight away; on a paid campaign it goes to the seller to approve and pay for first. On a settled campaign it's greyed out.
5. Payment receipts
Marker 5. Every payment the seller has made, and any refund to the seller, with its date, method and reason.
Good to know
- Every Member can open and work on every campaign in the agency, not only their own.
- The page doesn't flag a campaign that is waiting on the seller to pay more; check the items for Awaiting seller approval.
- For a reconciliation walk-through, see Reconcile a campaign.
