Subscription and billing

Updated 3 min read

Your agency's subscription decides how many campaigns you can send to sellers each month. Admins and the Director manage it from the Plan panel on their account page: select your name at the top of the sidebar.

  • Current Plan (marker 1): your plan.
  • Campaigns Used (marker 2): campaigns sent to sellers this billing period, out of the number your plan includes. Everyone at the agency sees the same count at the bottom of the sidebar.
  • Period: the current billing period.
  • Free Trial Active Until (marker 3): while you're on a free trial, the date it ends. After that, the plan is billed at its normal rate.
  • Change Plan (marker 4) and Cancel Subscription (marker 5): see below. Members see the panel but not the buttons.

A campaign counts towards Campaigns Used when its first proposal is sent to the seller. Drafts, revisions and resent links don't count.

Part 1: Change plan

The Select a plan window, with prices greyed out. Marker 1 is on the Silver plan and marker 2 on the current plan, Gold, which is selected.

  1. Select Change Plan. The Select a plan window opens, listing each plan's monthly price, the campaigns it includes and the price of each extra campaign. Your current plan is selected (marker 2).
  2. Choose a plan (marker 1) and select Select.
  3. Read the confirmation and select Confirm Change.
    • Upgrading takes effect straight away, and you pay the difference for the rest of the period.
    • Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The panel shows Tier Update Scheduled until then, and the plan can't be changed again before it starts.

For more campaigns than the largest plan includes, Platinum pricing is arranged separately: raise it through the help form (see Getting help).

Part 2: Cancel the subscription

The Cancel Subscription confirmation. Marker 1 is on No, Keep Subscription and marker 2 on Yes, Cancel Subscription.
Open full size: The Cancel Subscription confirmation. Marker 1 is on No, Keep Subscription and marker 2 on Yes, Cancel Subscription. (opens in a new tab)
  1. Select Cancel Subscription. A confirmation opens.
  2. Select Yes, Cancel Subscription (marker 2), or No, Keep Subscription (marker 1) to change your mind. The panel shows Cancellation Scheduled and the date it takes effect.

Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then doesn't renew. Until then you can select Reactivate Subscription to keep it.

What happens to open campaigns? Nothing: every campaign already sent keeps working, sellers can still pay, and suppliers can still be paid. Staff can still create and prepare drafts. What stops is sending a new campaign to a seller, until someone subscribes again with Re-subscribe Plan.

When you reach your plan's limit

When Campaigns Used reaches your plan's number, sending another new campaign opens Limit exceeded: "Would you like to continue with this campaign at the plans current fee". You can:

  • select Pay to buy one extra campaign at your plan's per-campaign price (Admins and the Director only), or
  • select Upgrade Plan to move to a bigger plan.

A Member who reaches the limit should ask an Admin or the Director.

If a payment fails

If the subscription payment fails, a Subscription payment failed banner appears and new campaigns can't be sent to sellers. Select Update Payment on the Plan panel to enter a new card. Existing campaigns keep working.
