My seller didn't get the email, the link expired, or the email is wrong
Updated 2 min read

The seller says the email never arrived
First check the address, then send the link another way.
- Open the campaign and check the seller's email (marker 1). If it's wrong, correct it (see below).
- Ask the seller to search their inbox and junk or spam folder for an email from VPA Connect.
- If it still isn't there, select Copy Seller Campaign Link (marker 3) and send the link yourself, by email or text. "Link copied to clipboard" appears. It's the same link the email contains.
An email can be accepted for delivery and still be filtered by the seller's email provider, so the copied link is the quickest fix.
The link has expired
The seller can get a new link from the page itself. A payment link works for 48 hours. When the seller opens an expired link, the page offers Send me a new link, which emails a fresh link to the seller's address on the campaign.
You can also send one: on a Pending or Partially paid campaign, once the last link has expired, the campaign shows Resend link to seller at the top. Select it; "Payment link generated and email sent to seller" appears. Or use Copy Seller Campaign Link, which gives you a fresh link each time you open the campaign.
My seller wants their invoices after the campaign is completed. Select Copy Seller Campaign Link and send it to them. It opens the completed campaign, with View invoice beside each tax invoice.
The email address is wrong

- Select the pencil beside the seller's details (marker 2 in the first screenshot). The Update seller panel opens.
- Correct the Email (marker 1) and select Save changes (marker 2). "Campaign updated successfully" appears.
On a Pending campaign, saving a new email address sends a fresh link to the new address straight away. A link already sent to the old address keeps working until it expires.
You can change the seller's details only while the campaign is Draft or Pending. After the seller has paid, the pencil isn't shown.
If the seller has started Pay Later, Campaign Flow can't change their email address, even if you change it in VPA Connect. The seller should contact Campaign Flow (see Pay Later from the agent's side).
Two owners, one email
A campaign has one seller email. If the property has more than one owner, they decide who receives the link; either can approve using it, or the recipient can forward it.
Still stuck?
Raise it through the help form (see Getting help) with the property address, the seller's email address and when the link was sent.
