Change the trading name

  1. Select Edit beside Trading name. The name becomes editable.
  2. Type the new name (up to 200 characters, on one line) and select Save. "Trading name updated" appears.
  1. Select Change beside Image (or Upload if there's no logo yet) and choose a JPEG, PNG or WebP file up to 5MB. "Image uploaded successfully." appears.
  2. To remove the logo, select Delete. "Image deleted successfully." appears.

Where your logo appears: in the sidebar for all your staff, at the top of the payment page your sellers see, and on the marketing proposal you print or download. VPA Connect's emails always use the VPA Connect logo, not yours.

Correcting the registered name, address or ABN

These come from your registration and the public business registers, so they can't be edited here. If one is wrong, raise it through the help form (see Getting help) and say which detail is wrong and what it should be.
