Pay Later with Campaign Flow: what happens and when

Updated 2 min read

Pay Later lets you pay nothing now. Campaign Flow, a separate finance company, pays for your campaign, and you repay Campaign Flow later under its own terms. The payment option says Pay Later is "Finalised at settlement, withdrawal or 180 days - whichever comes first".

Pay Later is offered for campaigns over $1,000 and up to $50,000, if your agency offers it.

What happens, step by step

  1. You choose Pay Later. On your payment options, select Pay Later (see Choosing how to pay). The button says "Creating deferred payment…" and Campaign Flow's application opens.
  2. You apply with Campaign Flow. Campaign Flow asks for your details and checks your identity. This happens on Campaign Flow's site and by email from Campaign Flow, not in VPA Connect.
  3. Campaign Flow reviews your application. When it's approved, Campaign Flow emails you a link to review and sign your finance agreement.
  4. You sign the agreement. Campaign Flow then arranges the funds.
  5. Your campaign is paid. Once Campaign Flow's funds arrive, your campaign page shows PAID.

Common questions

Who is Campaign Flow? A finance company, separate from VPA Connect and from your agency. Your finance agreement is with Campaign Flow.

What does Pay Later cost? Pay Later has its own costs, set by Campaign Flow and shown in your finance agreement. Read Campaign Flow's FAQ and ask Campaign Flow for the costs and terms that apply to you before you sign.

Where's my signing email? It comes from Campaign Flow, not VPA Connect, and only once your application is approved. Check your junk or spam folder, and search for "Campaign Flow".

My application was declined. What now? You can still pay by bank transfer, or by card if the campaign is $5,000 or less: select Pay on your campaign page. Talk to your agent if neither works for you.

What if the property doesn't sell? That depends on your agency agreement and your finance terms. Ask your agent.

I used the wrong email address for Pay Later. Campaign Flow can't change the email address once the application has started. Contact your agent, who will sort it out with Campaign Flow. See Wrong email, co-owners and changing your details.
