The Outstanding page
Updated 1 min read
Outstanding lists every job you haven't been fully paid for yet, across every agency you work with. It's the page you see when you sign in.

| Marker | What it shows |
|---|---|
| 1 Outstanding value | The total still to be paid to you across all your jobs |
| 2 Active items | How many jobs are waiting or in progress |
| 3 Pending requests | Payment requests you've sent that the agency hasn't released yet |
| 4 Search and All statuses | Find a job by address, agent, agency, item or status, or show one status only |
| 5 Budget | What's been paid out of the job's budget so far, for example $300.00 / $650.00, with any amount waiting for the agency shown as "pending" |
Each row shows the property, the job, the agent and agency, the date the job was created and its Status (see Getting paid). Select a row to open the job and request payment.
The number beside Outstanding in the sidebar counts properties, not jobs.
When a job is fully paid or closed it moves to Completed (see Completed jobs, invoices and GST).
Why is my list empty?
A job appears only once the seller has paid for the campaign. An agency can add you to a campaign days or weeks before that. If you're expecting a job:
- Ask the agent whether the seller has paid.
- Check that the agency added your business, not another supplier with a similar name.
If you search or filter and nothing matches, the list says "No items match your filter." Clear the search box and choose All statuses.
Why did a job disappear?
A job leaves your list when the agency cancels it, or swaps it to another supplier. See Cancelled, swapped or rejected jobs.
