You never need a new account. Sign in with the email you registered with, and Complete Registration takes you back into the registration.

"Supplier Registration Incomplete"

The Supplier Registration Incomplete page for someone who stopped before Stripe, with marker 1 on Complete Registration.
Open full size: The Supplier Registration Incomplete page for someone who stopped before Stripe, with marker 1 on Complete Registration. (opens in a new tab)

You see this page when you sign in before registration is finished. Your jobs, payouts and settings stay hidden until it is.

  1. Select Complete Registration. Business details opens. Carry on from Register as a supplier, part 4.

The page has two versions:

  • "Your supplier registration isn't finished yet": you stopped before the Stripe step.
  • "It looks like this Supplier has not successfully completed registration via our payments partner Stripe": you started Stripe but didn't finish. Finish the Stripe steps; see Stripe needs more information.

If you also belong to an agency or another supplier business, a Back to button for each one takes you there.
